Beginning After School Theatre Class
Grades 3-4—4:00-5:15 pm
This class
will teach budding actors to use voice, movement and mind, through creating characters
that fit in the world of the scenes to be performed for an audience during the
final class at Twin Bluff School. Acting
basics such as stage projection, dance for musical theatre, improvisation,
character development, and listening will be covered in the class. Tuesdays, beginning January 17.

Intermediate/Advanced Theatre Class - Shakespeare
Grades 4-12 10:30-12:30 pm.
This class will help
experienced actors further develop their acting skills. Building on strengths as well as breaking
some unwanted habits, students will work together to produce a Shakespeare play
on the Sheldon Stage. Saturdays, beginning,
January 21.
Location: Red Wing Public
Library Foot Room and Sheldon Theatre. Cost: $200.
(Class will meet more frequently
during the final week to prepare for the
performance.)
Acting for Life Long Learners
Ages 18 and Up 7:00-8:30 pm.
This class
will teach the basics of characterization through the use of different
techniques. Students will choose a
character and research, create and build it into a finished product by using
both “The Method” and a more technical approach. This workshop is offered on a trial basis and
at a reduced rate. Take advantage of
this opportunity to discover your hidden talent. Course will culminate in performance of scenes
for the class and guests on the Sheldon Stage. Tuesdays, beginning January 17
